3 Month Market Snapshot!

The last 3 months have seen some good activity on the home sales front!

The chart below shows sales from 04/22/2010 to 07/21/2010. These are priced from $100,000 to $250,000 in Hastings, Delton-Kellogg and Thornapple-Kellogg School Districts.

While this looks great as far as time on the market the true indicator is price. Many of these sold listings were priced correctly and made for a quicker sale.

MLS Conversion Update

There are imense amounts of data being switched over in this process. Hundreds of thousands of listings with pictures will need to be transfered. This process is taking more time than normal and because of this the conversion is set to happen July 14th!
