3 Month Market Snapshot!

The last 3 months have seen some good activity on the home sales front!

The chart below shows sales from 04/22/2010 to 07/21/2010. These are priced from $100,000 to $250,000 in Hastings, Delton-Kellogg and Thornapple-Kellogg School Districts.

While this looks great as far as time on the market the true indicator is price. Many of these sold listings were priced correctly and made for a quicker sale.
